Who We Are
BATT operates as an independent, AASHTO-accredited laboratory serving the full asphalt ecosystem—from research and specification development to production, construction quality assurance, and performance evaluation. In addition to testing services, BATT supports forensic investigations, field evaluations, technician training, and the development and validation of new asphalt-related products.
